That's nice! I like the background!! and also the "home, new topic, help, etc" but I'm not too hot on the will you step up thingy... otherwise I like it.

As I said, the background's too small and off-center, but looks nice...also...I am not sure what we will do with our rank icons just yet.  |

yea i noticed that the background was off to the side and the text is kinda hard to read. idk if it's my eyes or the font or something else

Yea, perhaps the Menu Buttons font is changed so it's a bit easier to read?
